I have purchased 2 mattresses with them now on two separate occasions and both times I have been served with exceptional customer service. The staff know everything there is to know about every mattress. They care about your comfort and not about making a quick sale, offering you honest opinions about cost and comfort. The customer service over the phone is also fantastic. Thank you bed works!

We are so happy with the finished product and comfort of the bed. The workmanship was first rate and the service in the store was outstanding. Extremely helpful staff. We are planning to purchase a Queen size bed in the very near future from Bedworks. We are very happy customers.
