  I could not fault any aspect of the products or workmanship. Staff had excellent PR. It's been a pleasure dealing with Lohas Australia. We'd have absolutely no compunction in recommending you guys to anyone. Outstanding job well done.

  We had a very poor experience with Lohas in May this year. We selected recycled bricks from the Ultimo showroom but what arrived on site was nothing like our order. We ordered two different colours of bricks for two separate locations. When they arrived they were completely indistinguishable and all mixed up across the pallets. One - the Orange Naremburn - we were told was very rare. We also ordered brick tiles for a patio - which were very expensive and they were poorly manufactured either cut on an angle and had many chipped edges and corners. The response we got from the office was disappointing to say the least. We were out of pocket massively and had to find an alterative material quickly. Would not recommend them.

  Very happy with the ONDA5 terracotta roof tile supplied by LOHAS. Both Andreas and Michelle were professional and helpful throughout the process.

  After a period of complete uncertainty with our builder in terms of securing the right brick for the construction of our new home, we were fortunate enough to have been given the details for Michelle, from Lohas Australia.
  
  The recycled brick product supplied was exactly what we had been searching for and Michelle's service was absolutely exemplary from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and we would not have achieved the look we did, had we have gone somewhere else.
  
  With the brick work on our home being such a significant feature, we could not be happier with the end product, and are incredibly thankful to Michelle and the Lohas team for such a positive and enjoyable experience.
